Essential Skills:

• Good planning, scheduling, and analytical skills. Quality Conscious.
• Analysis and design abilities using Object Oriented methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 1 year as a team leader/project leader of teams of at least 5+ members.
• Experienced in project management, time management and people management.
• A strong grasp of software engineering procedures, hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle is preferred.
• You should be a team player and should be able to work with front-end designers.

Your responsibilities: Client requirement analysis, project proposals, estimation, scheduling, and delivery. You will be completely responsible for project deadlines.

Projects: You will be working with overseas clients building B2B and B2C websites and portals. You will be working closely with a team of programmers using ASP and JSP and with a front-end design/development team using Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks.

Salary: Salary is negotiable based on your skills. Incentives will considerably increase your income.
