In Learning Design:
craft purposeful learning objectives which effectively shape learning strategies
use collective knowledge and past experiences to identify gaps between organisational growth needs and talent capability
use and leverage all forms of media including new media to encapsulate content to facilitate learning
versatile in using visual media to deliver learning content, in holistic and integrated manner
create and present visual representations of solutions (storyboards and PPTs) to give vendors and clients as realistic a concept as possible.
have voracious appetite for learning and helping others to learn
create and execute surveys and other data gathering tools to validate assumptions made for project design.
In Project Management:
facilitate successful completion of learning resources leveraging on strong methodology to optimise resources and with strict discipline, and professional diligence
keep a keen eye on details and quality to ensure standards, benchmarked to best practices
embrace the importance of pro-active communication so that clients are always well informed
being mindful of timely delivery, and purposeful outcomes
being diligent to keep document trail and managing all projects transparently
liaise with third party partners to build powerful learning solutions
think laterally and arrive at creative solutions that enhance production quality.
In Client Management:
place client's business success as priority, ensuring thoroughness in identifying client requirements, expectations and constraints
create and sustain a climate of openness, integrity and trust
take full ownership of commitments to clients
partner with clients, offering them information so they can make informed decisions, fully aware of all implications
