The expectations of the Account Manager are given below.

The overall objectives of the role would include the following broad areas

1. Handling the operations team and client interactions
2. Report management and process handling
3. Shift and resource management
4. Understand, critically assess and suggest changes/enhancements to the process
5. Optimization by improvement of processes
6. Escalation management
7. Liaison with the client/on-site manager on a day-to-day basis
8. Monitor and ensure day-to-day controls- daily reports, escalations

1. Ability to work independently
2. Ability to drive projects to completion, coordinate resources, set project plans, status to project plans
3. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
4. Ability to quickly assess situations, defines problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
5. Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues
6. Ability to understand and analyze business processes
7. Ability to translate business process to system requirements
8. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time

1. MBA Finance
2. ICWA/CPA

1. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in BPO industry
2. Managerial experience
3. Demonstrated presentation skills
